Framify License Agreement
Overview
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Framify for the use of Framer Premade Sections, Components, and Templates. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Grant of License
License Type
Framify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Permitted Uses
You may use the Product to create and modify projects, websites, or applications for personal or commercial use. The Product may be incorporated into your own work, including client work, provided that the terms of this Agreement are adhered to.
Restrictions
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product or any derivative works, except as part of a larger project.
Use the Product in a manner that competes with Licensor's business.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
Use the Product in any way that is illegal or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership
Framify retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
No Transfer of Ownership
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee. Licensee is granted a limited license to use the Product as specified herein.
